GENERAL

➤ Commissioning me means you automatically agree to my Terms of service (TOS).
➤ Turnaround time is 2-5 weeks (Depending on your queue and my free time).
➤ Heavily detailed commissions will cost higher than the base price, depending on the detail complexity.
➤ I allow payment via PayPal, Gcash, and Ko-fi only.
➤ Upfront payment only! I will only start working once I receive 100% commission payment.
➤ Additional characters cost 100% of the base price (Price is per character).
➤ I send the commissioned artwork via Gmail or Drive.
➤ Background starts at $20 (Can be flexible depending on complexity).
➤ Provide clear and complete details about your commission. Ex: Pose, character ref, Facial expression, background, etc.
➤ Additional Objects (Ex. swords, books, chairs, stuffed toys, etc.) will have a further payment which starts at $10.
➤ Can only revise 2-3 times (from sketch and colors only) further changes will cost an extra charge.
➤ Strictly no deadlines! Unless you pay me $90 for a rush fee (Minimum of 5 days only).
➤ No refunds! Especially if I already started working on your commission. If you wish to terminate a commission, do it beforehand.
➤ As an artist, I am free to accept or decline your commission.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

➤ Commissioned works are for personal usage only. You may not use them for any type of commercial purposes or receive profit from them unless you paid a commercial rights licensing fee.
➤ Commercial rights to commission can be purchased with the doubled base price of the artwork. Let me know firsthand if you intend to use the commission for commercial purposes.
➤ Do not Trace, Copy, Steal, or Remove my watermark over my artworks.
➤ The commissioner may post the commissioned work however they wish as long as they give proper credit.
